  • Raisins – 100 g;

  • Cinnamon – 1 packet.

Pour warm kefir into a plastic bowl, add baking soda, stir and leave to stand. Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate glass bowl: crushed flour, baking powder, cinnamon. Mix well.

Pour warm water over the raisins and let them swell. Drain the water and lay it out to dry.

When bubbles appear in the kefir mixture, break the eggs and mix. Add the dry ingredients in small doses and stir from underneath to prevent lumps from forming.

When the consistency becomes thick enough, dump the dough onto a flat surface and knead. We activate the oven at 180 °C.

We form the dough into a long thick sausage, pinch off a piece or cut it with a knife, splash it with the palm of your hand, making the dough look like a pancake, and place it on a sheet covered with tracing paper. Bake until golden brown.

The cookies are ready.

Homemade sour cream cookies: simple and tasty

Lactic acid bacteria contained in sour cream can successfully replace baker's yeast; moreover, they do not produce oily fermentation or alcoholic aftertaste.

Components:

  • Flour – 3 cups;
  • Homemade sour cream – 2 cups;
  • Vanilla – 1 sachet;
  • Sugar – 1.5 cups;
  • Egg – 1 pc.;
  • Almonds – 50 g;
  • Sunflower oil (regular vegetable oil) – for lubrication;
  • Soda – 1 tsp.

Place the cooled sour cream in a glass of blender, add sugar (it is better to grind it into powder) and blend into a thick mass. Combine the crushed flour with baking soda and beat in the egg.

Roll out a rectangular layer of dough, first dusting the work surface with flour. Using a pizza knife, cut randomly into diamonds or squares, transfer the products onto parchment paper coated with vegetable oil.

Crush with almonds and place in the electric oven for half an hour.

Simple shortbread recipe in 10 minutes

Let's prepare ordinary shortbread cookies at home: tasty, crumbly and very interesting in shape.

Components:

  • Flour – 550 g;
  • Sugar – 200 g;
  • Egg – 2 pcs.;
  • Soda – 0.5 tsp;
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Salt - a pinch;
  • Jam – 100 ml.

Beat eggs and sugar into a strong foam. Pour in the crushed flour in parts: be careful so that the mass does not fall. We extinguish the soda with vinegar, and pour the resulting foam into the flour solution. Mix. It turned out to be a soft dough.

  1. It is better to re-sow the flour for baking homemade cookies several times. If you don't have a sieve, you can simply pour it from bowl to bowl - that will be enough. It will become airier and the dough will be easier to knead;
  2. During cooking, strictly follow the proportions, use scales and measuring cups. “By eye” will not work;
  3. You need to bake on a baking sheet with low sides;
