  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • ground black and red pepper;
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the beans - this will take 10 minutes.
  2. Fry finely chopped onion. Squeeze the garlic, add spices and beans. Simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs with herbs and salt, stirring, pour into the beans. Once the eggs are ready, remove from the heat. You can boil the eggs separately, chop them coarsely and add them to the cooked beans. The result will be something like a salad. Eat cold.

Lobio with meat

Lobio will be hearty and rich if you cook it with meat. Red bean lobio is suitable as a side dish for any type of meat - go by taste.

Monitor your weight and body condition, then choose red or black beans. They are useful and can slow down the aging process in the body. The white variety is the highest in calories. Even if you don't have problems with being overweight, don't eat this dish for dinner.

  • We will need:
  • beef – 0.3 kg;
  • beans: both red and white will do – 0.3 kg;
  • tomato – 2 pieces;
  • onion – 1 piece;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • parsley, cilantro - several branches each;
  • salt;
  • pepper.

Cooking method:

  1. Leave the beans flooded with water for half a day, changing the water.
  2. Cut the meat into small pieces. Fry with onions.
  3. Boil the beans with a portion of water. Let it boil a little.
  4. Add finely chopped peeled tomatoes to the fried meat, sprinkle with spices and simmer.
  5. Grind the garlic, parsley and cilantro in a blender and add to the meat.
  6. Mix the cooked, slightly boiled beans with the meat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Canned bean lobio

Lobio from canned beans cooks faster, but the result is the same.

Please note: no salt is added to this Lobio, because canned beans are salty. Cheese also affects the taste of the dish.

You can use the liquid from the beans during stewing. You will get a dish that resembles a stew. It is suitable for both hot summer and cold winter.
