Chicken chops are very easy to prepare. But we will complicate the task a little and prepare chicken chops in a crispy cheese crust. First you need to beat the eggs in a deep bowl.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.


Then mix the grated cheese with breadcrumbs.


We cut the chicken breast into fillets and beat it with a knife or meat mallet.


There is no need to beat the chicken too much, because... chicken fillet very tender. Don't forget to salt and pepper each piece.

Dredge the fillet in flour and then in beaten eggs. The egg mass falls more evenly onto the flour layer. Then roll the chop in cheese and breadcrumbs.


Place breaded chicken chops in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.


It is enough to fry the chops for 3-4 minutes on each side. Otherwise the meat will become dry.


The finished chicken chops are tender and juicy, and topped with crispy cheese crust. Serve the chops garnished with herbs and vegetables.

– this is just a small holiday in the family. I almost always cook chops when I buy meat at the market; fresh meat makes the chops even tastier, they turn out so tender. You can use absolutely any meat for chops, and if it’s pork, it doesn’t have to be the neck. I almost always cook from the shoulder blade; this is where the fat comes in, so the meat is juicy. Moreover, the shoulder is the most favorite part of pork; I manage to cook almost everything from it, including kebabs, pilaf and much more.

Yesterday I decided to improve the taste a little, so I added cheese and no breadcrumbs to the so-called batter for chops, and the most amazing thing is that my main taster, who doesn’t like cheese, ate this dish for a sweet soul. It turned out to be very tasty. That's why I'm sharing the recipe with you.

To prepare you will need:

  • Egg-2 pcs.
  • Cheese -50 gr.
  • Pork -300 gr.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Vegetable oil for frying.

The meat must be cut into thin slices, approximately 1 cm thick. Hit it from both sides.
Break the egg into a deep cup, add salt and pepper and beat with a whisk or fork until smooth. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Moreover, you can use absolutely any cheese, in my case it is Lambert. Add cheese to eggs
and dip the meat in the batter.
Fry over high moderate heat for 3 minutes on each side.
If you want to get the meat deeply fried, then after you have turned it over, you should cover it with a lid and add a couple more minutes to frying.


Meat - 500 g
Egg - 4 pcs
Cheese - 200 g
Mayonnaise - 100 g
Flour
Vegetable oil

We prepare the following products:


Wash the meat and cut it across the grain into pieces about 1 cm thick.


Cover the piece with cling film.


And we beat off from both sides. If you beat the pieces of meat well, the crust will stick to them better. The pieces need to be salted a little.


Grate the cheese on a medium grater.


Beat the eggs and add to the cheese.


Then add mayonnaise.


Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer and add salt to taste.


Next, stirring continuously, gradually add flour. You need as much flour as the dough takes, but the batter should be quite thick.


Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. I tried it on large, but the crust burned quickly, but on medium it was just right. We hook a piece of meat with a fork and dip it into the batter and hold it suspended a little, letting the excess drip off.


And carefully place the piece on a heated frying pan. Fry the pieces on both sides until cooked.


The meat in cheese batter is ready.

3 tbsp. l. starch;
1 tbsp. l. flour;

Cooking steps

Cover the meat with a bag or cling film and beat with a hammer. The beaten meat should be VERY thin.

Salt and pepper each piece of meat, grease it with mayonnaise, if desired, and leave to marinate for 2 hours (or overnight) in a cool place.

To prepare cheese batter for pork chops, you need to break the eggs into a convenient bowl, add salt and pepper, add 3 tablespoons of finely grated cheese and chopped garlic with a knife, and beat with a fork.

Pour starch mixed with flour into one plate, and place breadcrumbs into another plate. Heat a frying pan with oil well. First, roll each piece of pork in starch and flour.

Then dip into cheese batter on both sides.
