Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of sour milk;
  • 1.5 cups flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 0.5 tsp soda;
  • 0.5 tbsp vinegar;
  • 3 tablespoons sugar;
  • 1 medium sized apple;
  • 2-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:

In the bowl of a mixer (or food processor, or any bowl of a suitable size - if you prepare the dough by hand), mix the sour milk room temperature with sugar. Add salt and soda slaked with vinegar. Mix again.

Add about half the flour. Mix well.

Then little by little, stirring all the time, add the remaining flour. The dough should be thick and not spread out under its own weight (a little thicker than usual for pancakes).

Wash the apples. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut into small cubes, approximately 3-4 mm x 1.5 cm in size. Add the apples to the dough and mix gently with a spoon.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it well. Spoon the dough into the pan using a tablespoon, forming round pancakes. Place the pancakes at a distance of 1-2 cm from each other so that they do not stick together during frying and are easy to turn over. Fry the pancakes over a little less than medium heat until they form on the bottom. golden brown crust(approximately 1.5 - 2 minutes).

Then carefully turn the pancakes over and fry on the other side. The fire should not be made too high so that the pancakes have time to bake inside.

Place the finished pancakes with apples on a dish or plate and serve immediately. These pancakes are good accompanied by sour cream, honey or your favorite jam.

Tips and tricks:

I usually knead the dough with a mixer, but you can also use a whisk to make pancake dough, but it will take a little longer

How to feed a person tasty and healthy apples, if he doesn’t like them or pancakes, which he really wants, but his waist doesn’t allow it :)) And you try to combine and cook pancakes with apples and everyone will be full and happy.
The most delicious pancakes obtained from sour milk. If you have a glass of milk left that is not the freshest, put it in a warm place and when it is completely curdled, you will get a glass of thick sour milk, almost cottage cheese.
1. Pour sour milk (or kefir) into a bowl, add salt, baking soda (it will quench in sour milk), egg (beat it with a fork in a separate bowl), sugar and add flour little by little, stirring constantly. The dough should slide off the spoon with difficulty, so the amount of flour may vary.
Set aside the pancake batter in a warm place for 30 minutes.
2. Peel the apples, cut into small pieces (if desired, you can grate the apples coarse grater) sprinkle with cinnamon, mix, add them to the dough and, almost without stirring, start frying the pancakes.
3. Place the dough with apples in heated vegetable oil with a tablespoon, fry the pancakes over medium heat on both sides until golden brown. Serve pancakes with apples with sour cream or milk.

You can not add apples to the dough, but fry them separately. To do this, pour a spoonful of dough into hot oil, place a slice of apple and pour a little more dough on top, fry on both sides. You will get an apple in batter.
Sour milk pancakes can be prepared with pears, peaches and other fruits.

A tasty and simple dish made from available products- apple pancakes cooked with sour milk, kefir or yogurt, maybe wonderful breakfast or dinner. These fluffy pancakes They cook quickly and they can be a second course, as well as a dessert, especially if they are topped with a sweet topping - jam or honey.

Ingredients

  • one glass of sour milk (maybe kefir, yogurt)
  • one and a half cups of flour (you can use less, but then the pancakes will be thin)
  • three tablespoons of sugar (this is on average, you can use one spoon more or less)
  • half a teaspoon of soda, which needs to be quenched with half a teaspoon of vinegar
  • a pinch of salt
  • one apple (you can take more - up to three)
  • three tablespoons sunflower oil to fry.

Preparation

We prepare pancakes with sour milk with apples according to the following algorithm:

  1. Mix the sour milk in a deep bowl with sugar using a mixer, then add salt and add soda, which at this point needs to be quenched with vinegar, mix again.
  2. Add half the flour in small portions and stir.
  3. After thoroughly mixing, add the rest of the flour, also in small parts. We have obtained a thick dough; there is no need to be afraid of this density, since Apple juice will make it more liquid.
  4. We cut apples without skin and core into pieces measuring one and a half centimeters by three millimeters, although you can cut them into cubes or simply grate them on a coarse grater. If you grate, you need to be prepared that the apples will immediately release juice, which will burn when frying, so this is not the best solution. Mix the dough with apples.
  5. Place the pancakes in a frying pan and fry for two minutes on each side over medium heat so that they do not burn and are at the same time well-fried inside.

We serve with sour cream, honey, jam, but you can simply eat them, because they contain apples, which release juice and make the dish soft.

This is interesting

The benefits of apples are well known, but let’s list the properties again:

  1. The fruits contain vitamins C, B1, B2, P, E, as well as microelements - potassium (helps the heart function, stabilizes blood pressure), calcium (for teeth and bones), manganese, iron.
  2. They do not cause allergies and have virtually no contraindications.
  3. Fiber is not digested very quickly, so this low-calorie fruit satisfies hunger well. This property is used in diets, one of which is called apple diet. Only the apple diet should be used carefully, because a large amount of apple fiber can disrupt the functioning of the digestive system, and the acid can harm those who have gastritis or ulcers. Although sweet varieties do not increase acidity much.
  4. Pectin helps the skin look fresh.
  5. Baked apples help with digestion and even with such heat treatment remain useful.
  6. Apples can be eaten whole in small quantities. But in large quantities, apple seeds can be harmful, as they contain a lot of iodine and hydrocyanic acid (potassium cyanide). Therefore, if you eat a lot of apples at the same time, throw away the kakan.
  7. Apple peel has fibers that remove cholesterol from the body and cleanse the liver.
  8. Antioxidants slow down the growth of cancer cells, so apples are recommended to be used both for cancer prevention and during treatment. You just need to wash the apples well, as there may be chemicals on the peel that are used to treat the fruits so that they are stored better.

Apples winter well and remain fresh until spring without losing beneficial properties- This is another advantage of these juicy fruits.

Breakfast for most mothers is real torture. And all because dear children sometimes behave simply awfully, refusing porridges and omelettes, prepared for them with such love. My advice is not to insist on eating this kind of food in the morning (eggs can be eaten in other dishes, and porridge will be good for lunch or dinner).

It’s better to fry the golden brown pancakes – not a single child will refuse them, I’m telling you that. And if you also add apples to the dough, then you will also need to prepare an additive: such a breakfast turns out so delicious.

Ingredients for 8-9 pieces:

  • 500 ml sour milk;
  • 350 g wheat flour(approximately);
  • 8 teaspoons sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • 1 tbsp. l vinegar;
  • 2-3 large apples;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:

We take the sour milk out of the refrigerator in advance (a couple of hours beforehand) so that it comes to room temperature. Or gently heat it up (just don’t overheat it!) in the microwave.

Pour sour milk into the bowl of a mixer (or food processor). Add salt and sugar. We extinguish the soda with vinegar and add it to the rest of the products.

Gradually add flour, stirring the dough all the time with a mixer. It may take more or less flour - it depends on the thickness of the sour milk and the quality of the flour. Therefore, add flour little by little, stirring and checking the thickness of the resulting dough. The dough should be thick, a little thicker than regular pancakes. We set the bowl aside, and we ourselves will prepare the apples.

Wash the apples and peel them. IN tender pancakes pieces of peel will be felt. You can only skip peeling the apples of the Antonovka variety - they are very soft.

Remove the core from the apples and cut them into small cubes (with a side of 3-5 mm).

Place the apples in the dough and mix with just a spoon.

Heat a frying pan well with vegetable oil. Place a tablespoon of pancakes in a frying pan and fry over medium heat until the bottom part is browned.

Then turn it over and fry the other half. Keep the heat low so that the pancakes have time to bake from the inside. Since the process of frying pancakes takes little time, do not leave the pancakes in the pan unattended for a long time so as not to burn.

Serve the pancakes hot - you can with sour cream, jam, or just like that.
