I also love beans. And today I decided to combine these products by cooking them together in a slow cooker, it turned out very tasty. Braised cabbage generally suitable for many dishes as a base, you can add whatever you like to taste, any vegetables and legumes, and be sure that you will get delicious, hearty meal. We can say that this food is from the category of "cheap and cheerful." This dish is suitable for those who fast, and lovers of original side dishes.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g cabbage
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 can canned beans
  • 1 st. l. tomato paste(optional)
  • salt and spices to taste

Cooking:

In a slow cooker in the “baking” mode, fry the onions and carrots. 5 minutes before the end of roasting, add tomato paste.

Finely chop the cabbage, put in a bowl, salt, sprinkle with spices to taste. Mix. Optionally, you can add half a glass of boiled water (I did not add).

Cook cabbage in baking mode for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Then add canned beans. Stir and transfer the multicooker to the quenching mode for 1 hour.
