  2. Beat butter and powdered sugar at high speed. The mass should become fluffy and almost white. This will take about three minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cheese. A few minutes.
  4. Add the cheese to the butter and powder bit by bit and beat well each time. Again, well, this will take about three minutes.
