Step 1: Prepare the pork.

We thoroughly rinse the pork under running water to remove any possible bone fragments and dirt, and dry it with kitchen paper towels. Then place the meat on a cutting board and, using a sharp knife, cut into pieces approximately 1 centimeter. We should have beautiful pork chops.

As soon as this happens, immediately remove the container using oven mitts so as not to dry out the pork. Turn off the oven, and using a wooden spatula, transfer the chops to a special serving dish.

Step 5: Serve chops with onions, mayonnaise and cheese.


We serve the chops while still hot to the dinner table. As a side dish for this dish, fried or baked potato, salads from fresh vegetables, as well as boiled rice.

How to make juicy chops

To prepare chops according to this recipe, you need to cut a piece of lean loin (always across the grain) into layers no more than one centimeter thick (as in the photo below).

Then, using a hammer, you need to beat the sliced ​​meat on both sides.
