Preparation

Combine everything together and knead the dough.

Sprinkle flour on your work surface. Roll out the dough into a layer approximately 0.5 cm thick and cut out the shortcakes using molds or a glass (or just a knife).

Place the circles on a greased baking sheet (if you have baking paper, you can line the baking sheet). Prick each cake with a fork and brush with egg.
