    For pancakes:
    flour – 1 cup
    milk – 250 ml (I used a little more)
    eggs – 2 pieces
    ground paprika – 2 tsp.
    medium onion - 1 piece
    greens (I have dill)
    salt (I put a quarter teaspoon)

    For the salad:
    boiled potatoes - 3-4 medium-sized tubers
    boiled carrots (I fried raw) – 2-3 pieces
    boiled eggs – 5 pieces
    pickled honey mushrooms - I have a 300 ml jar
    fresh champignons – 150 g (you can do without them, but I added them and didn’t regret it at all!)
    ham – 200-300 g
    mayonnaise
    greens – dill, parsley
    For registration:
    soft processed cheese – about 400 g (I have 2 jars of 180 g each)
    pickled honey mushrooms
    greens – dill, parsley, green onions

    Let's start kneading the pancake dough. Mix eggs, salt, paprika and finely chopped onion.

    Add chopped dill, flour and milk. I must say that I also added soda at the tip of a teaspoon. Mix well.

    The dough seemed a little thick to me, so I added a little more milk and a little vegetable oil. I baked pancakes in a dry frying pan. They turned over perfectly! (I was a little worried - I’ve never baked pancakes with onions :-) But in vain! The dough turned out to be very manageable) I got 9 pancakes.

    And we continue the process :-) Eggs grated + mayonnaise, mix

    Grind the potatoes + mayonnaise and mix. Diced ham + mayonnaise, mix. Cut the champignons and fry them

    and mix with chopped honey mushrooms and herbs

    Don't forget to leave a few honey mushrooms to decorate the "hemp". Let's choose the most beautiful ones!

    Now the fun part :-) Let's start forming our “stump”!
    We put cling film on the table or cut a couple of bags (that’s exactly what I did).
    We begin to overlap the pancakes, having previously greased them with melted cheese. I ended up with a trail of six pancakes. trim the bottom edge of the pancakes.

    Now let's add the filling. Don't try to post it all! Mix the rest, it will be useful for forming “roots”

    You can roll the salad into a roll. We help with film. We crush it a little, but don’t overdo it! I can say that the roll rolls quite easily. Make sure that the lower, cut edge curls evenly.

    4. Let's prepare the filling. Chop the greens, leaving some for garnishing the salad. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Mix the potatoes into a homogeneous mass with mayonnaise and dill.
    5. Do the same with carrots – three and mix with the sauce.
    6. Finely chop the eggs. Add mayonnaise to them.
    7. Finely chop the pickled mushrooms and mix with dill and mayonnaise.
    8. Cut the ham into cubes and also add mayonnaise.
    9. We collect stumps. We spread food on the table plastic film or foil. Cut the pancakes in half (into semicircles). Place the first half of the pancake on the film so that the smooth edge is parallel to the top edge of the film. Grease the surface of the pancake with melted cheese. Lay out the next half of the pancake overlapping, grease with cheese and so on the rest of the pancakes, you get a strip of halves of pancakes with even bottom and top edges.
  • Along the stacked pancakes, parallel to the smooth edge, we lay out the filling in strips one after another: potatoes, carrots, eggs, mushrooms, ham. Do not retreat from the edge; the top strip of filling should go from the very top of the stump.
  • We lift the near side of the film and carefully roll everything into a roll, on one side of which there should be a flat plane. Place the resulting “stump” flat side up on a plate. Coat this side with melted cheese.
  • We arrange the salad in the form of a hemp. saturating it with details. We create the roots from the leftover pancakes, wrapping the remaining filling in them. If there are gaps somewhere, we will coat these joints with soft cheese. We place honey mushrooms around and on the stump. We make boletus from tomato halves with an egg stem.

    Instead of fried champignons You can use, for example, pickled boletus or pickled honey mushrooms. which also need to be finely chopped.

    Peel the carrots and grate them. Add a little mayonnaise and mix. You can add chopped garlic to taste.

    Finely chop the chicken fillet and also mix with mayonnaise.

    If your filling is sweet, then grease the pancakes with the cream recommended in the introduction, place fruit cut into thin slices on top and roll into a roll. You can decorate this version of hemp with mint and tarragon.
