To make chicken pasta casserole, use pasta chicken fillet, onion, chicken eggs, sour cream, hard cheese, sunflower oil, salt, ground black pepper.


First you need to cook the chicken. I used my favorite part - chicken fillet.

Rinse the meat thoroughly in running water. Place in boiling water and cook until soft. Salt the water a little. It will take about 20-25 minutes to cook the chicken.



Cool the boiled meat. Cut into small pieces.

Peel and rinse the onion. Cut into small pieces.



Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. Add chopped onion and chicken. Fry over medium heat until cooked through. Season at the end ground pepper and salt. Turn off the fire.



Boil enough water in a saucepan. Add some salt. Omit your favorite pasta. Boil until done.



Place the cooked pasta in a colander and rinse with water. Leave in a colander to drain excess water.



Prepare the filling.

Break chicken eggs into a container with high sides and add sour cream. I used 20% sour cream. Stir with a fork.



Grind the hard cheese on a medium grater. Set aside half the cheese. Add the other half to the eggs with sour cream and mix. Lightly season with spices.



To fried chicken meat add pasta and mix well. If necessary, season the pasta mixture with spices.



Grease a heatproof baking dish sunflower oil, sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs or semolina. Place pasta with chicken. Pour egg-sour cream filling on top.

Tomatoes – 3 pcs.;
Seasoning for chicken, salt - to taste;
Mayonnaise – 60–80 g;
Vegetable oil – 2 teaspoons.

How to make chicken pasta casserole:

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, add a little salt and mix with chicken seasoning. Now let the meat sit for about half an hour to marinate.

Prepare pasta (in this case spaghetti, but you can use any other kind) as you usually do, that is, add it to boiling water, cook, stirring, for 7-8 minutes (you don’t even need to add salt - there will be enough salt in the other ingredients) . Afterwards, place in a colander and let the water drain.

Grease a baking tray (it should be deep enough) with oil and sprinkle with ground breadcrumbs, lay the pasta in an even layer.

The next layer will be the chicken breast.

Now these two layers need to be filled with sauce, which is prepared from beaten eggs, salt, cream and half the amount of cheese (it needs to be grated) that you have prepared.

Place pickled cucumbers, cut into thin slices, on the chicken and sprinkle with finely chopped onion.

Next came the turn of the tomatoes: they also need to be cut into circles and covered with a cucumber-onion layer.

Pour a little mayonnaise over the tomatoes and bake it all in the oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes.

After the required time has passed, remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. coarse grater, – and back into the oven for 20 minutes to form a golden brown cheese crust.

  • chicken fillet - 200 g;
  • pasta - 200 g;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • hard cheese - 50 g.
Preparation
  1. Boil the chicken fillet and wait until it cools. Chop as finely as possible.
  2. Cook the pasta, don't forget to add salt. To prevent them from sticking together, stir constantly, and when ready, rinse under running cool water.
  3. Beat two eggs with a mixer and add cold milk, mix thoroughly.
  4. Grease a baking tray or baking container with vegetable oil or place special paper on it so that the future casserole does not burn.
  5. Layer half of the pasta, chicken, and remaining pasta in a bowl. Try to keep the layers even.
  6. Pour the mixture of milk and eggs over everything, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Before pouring, the mixture should be stirred again, as it may separate a little.
  7. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and leave for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove with care, especially if cooked in a shallow pan, as the casserole does not always “stick together” well and may fall apart. If you used baking paper, this problem will not arise.


Place it on the table hot, preferably during the meal, so that you don’t have to reheat it. If you prepared it in advance, leave it in the oven - this way it will not cool down.

You can cook the casserole even faster in a slow cooker, although some components will still have to be prepared separately. It is recommended to pre-fry the chicken in a frying pan and boil the pasta. Then you can safely combine them and put them in a slow cooker. To cook, you must use the “Baking” mode.

Creamy sauce "Béchamel"

Pasta casserole with chicken is often served in cream sauce, which is prepared from ingredients that can be found in any kitchen.


You will need:
  • butter - 20 g;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • cream - 20 ml;
  • flour - 3 tablespoons;
  • nutmeg- half a teaspoon;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
  1. Melt the butter in a metal bowl.
  2. Add flour there and stir so that there are no lumps left.
  3. Keep on fire for 3-4 minutes until a light caramel shade appears, then remove from heat.
  4. Heat the milk and cream and add to the resulting mixture. Pour in a thin stream and be very careful as it may sizzle and splash.
  5. Mix the sauce with a mixer until perfectly smooth.
  6. Let the sauce simmer until it reaches the desired thickness.
  7. Add spices.

Italian herbs and curry are suitable as additional spices - they will add a piquant taste to the dish.

With tomatoes, peppers, garlic and herbs



You will need:
  • pasta - 200 g;
  • chicken breast - 150 g;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • pepper - 1 pc.;
  • garlic - 1 head;
  • onion - a quarter of an onion;
  • ketchup - 2 tablespoons;
  • parsley, dill - 1-2 sprigs.
Preparation
  1. Cut the vegetables into small squares, the onion into half rings. Pre-scald the tomatoes and remove the peel. Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
  2. Heat a frying pan with oil, put peppers and onions in it for 1-2 minutes, then add tomatoes, garlic and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add ketchup and leave for another 10 minutes.
  3. Boil the chicken and chop finely.
  4. Boil the pasta in slightly salted water and rinse.
  5. Take a baking container, grease it with oil and place pasta and chicken breast there.
  6. Place the resulting paste on top and bake at 200 degrees for at least 20 minutes. When serving, garnish with fresh herbs.

With mushrooms and mozzarella
