  • fresh, white cabbage – 1 kg;

  • carrots – 200 g;
  • onion – 175 g;
  • tomato juice – 200 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 25 ml;
  • Bulgarian Bell pepper– 100 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • bay leaves – 2 pcs.;
  • a mixture of freshly ground peppers;
  • salt;
  • fresh greens.

Fry the washed, dried and cut into small pieces pork meat in the “Baking” mode until browned. Then add the peeled and chopped carrots and onions and fry for another twenty minutes.

Cut bell peppers and cabbage into one and a half centimeter cubes, add to the meat fried with carrots and onions, pour in tomato juice, add chopped garlic, salt, a mixture of peppers, bay leaves, allspice and cook in the “Stew” mode for fifty minutes.

Serve aromatic, delicious hodgepodge with chopped herbs.

Solyanka of sauerkraut with chicken and mushrooms in a slow cooker

  • chicken meat – 550 g;
  • sauerkraut – 1000 g;
  • champignons – 220 g;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • tomato juice – 200 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 20 g;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • allspice peas – 2 pcs.;
  • bay leaves – 2 pcs.;
  • salt and sugar;
  • olives;
  • chopped lemon wedges;
  • parsley, basil and dill.

Fry peeled and cut into strips carrots and onions in the “Baking” mode for fifteen minutes, add chicken meat and fry for the same amount. Then add sauerkraut, washed and chopped champignons, chopped garlic, salt and sugar, bay leaves, allspice and black pepper, pour in tomato juice and cook in the “Stew” mode for ninety minutes.

Serve garnished with chopped olives and a slice of lemon.
