  • 10 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 1 tsp. corn starch or flour;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar (to taste);
  • salt to taste;
  • a little vegetable (olive) oil.

How to Cook Chicken and Green Beans

In a small saucepan, mix 10 tablespoons of soy sauce with apple cider vinegar(add 1 tbsp. vinegar first and then taste, if necessary, add more), 1-2 tbsp. l. cane sugar (one spoon was enough for me), dry martini or white wine, finely chopped garlic and put on low heat to heat up.
Then let's add corn starch or flour diluted in three tablespoons of water.
Let it simmer for three or four minutes, stirring constantly.
Quickly fry the sesame seeds in a frying pan until golden brown.

Wash the green beans, trim the ends and cut them into pieces 3-4 cm long.
Pour enough water into the pan, add salt, put on fire and bring to a boil. Place the chopped beans in boiling water and boil for about 10 minutes. The beans should remain slightly al dente, that is, they should not be very soft and overcooked.
When the beans are cooked, we drain them through a colander and immediately pour cold water over them. The colder the water, the better, this will help preserve the green color of the beans.
Leave the beans in a colander until all the water has drained.

Wash the chicken legs, remove the skin and bones, and cut into fairly large pieces.
Place in a deep bowl and pour in the resulting sauce, leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.

Heat a couple of spoons in a large frying pan vegetable oil and fry the chicken pieces. We don’t pour out the marinade; it will be needed later.
Fry for 10 minutes, turning on all sides so that it browns evenly.

When chicken legs ready, then add to the pan green beans and the remaining marinade, fry everything together for a few more minutes and sprinkle with sesame seeds. If necessary, add salt. Mix everything gently again.
