Grind the cottage cheese with butter and sugar, divide the mass into 2 parts. Add 2 tbsp to one part. cocoa, in the other - raisins. Place a layer of cookies on foil or polyethylene (each cookie is pre-moistened in milk), apply cottage cheese with raisins to this layer, then again cookies, on top - cottage cheese with cocoa and another layer of cookies. Cook glaze from 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon water, 1 tablespoon butter and cover the top of the cake. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Recipe 6. Cake “Shalash”

  • 150 gr. softened butter,
  • 1/2 glasses of sugar,
  • 200 gr. mix cottage cheese.
  • 2 packs of cookies
  • milk

Dip the cookies in warm milk and place them on clean paper, grease them with butter, place a layer of cookies, the whole mass on it, then again cookies so that you get a hut. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Recipe 7. Straw Hat Cake

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 4 pcs.
  • Sugar 6-8 tablespoons
  • Flour 4 heaped tablespoons
  • Cocoa 2 tablespoons
  • Gelatin 25 g
  • Butter 200g
  • Condensed milk 1 can
  • Cognac 1 tablespoon
  • Instant coffee 1 teaspoon
  • Walnuts 1 cup
  • Ready cookies straws 500g
  • Chocolate ½ bar

Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer until foamy. Gradually add sifted flour and cocoa, knead the dough. Transfer the dough to a greased and sprinkled with semolina round shape about 20 cm in diameter. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200° C until the sponge cake springs back when pressed lightly. Cool. Remove from mold.

Pour gelatin with cold boiled water and leave for 30 minutes. Drain the water. Heat the swollen gelatin in a water bath until dissolved.

Beat the butter until smooth. Continuing whipping, add condensed milk, cognac, coffee, then gelatin. It's very important point: you need to put the cream in the refrigerator to cool, but make sure that it does not have time to completely set.

Cut the sponge cake into three layers, place cream between them, sprinkling each layer with toasted crushed walnuts. Leave some of the cream to decorate the top.

The final stage requires skill: attach straw cookies to the sides of the cake in the form of a fence, decorating with a festive ribbon. Decorate the surface with the remaining cream and chocolate. Cool.

Recipe 8. “Anniversary” Cake

  • 1 kg. Yubileiny cookies
  • 1 can of condensed milk,
  • 200-250 gr. butter,
  • 1/2 l. milk.

Cream: Beat butter with condensed milk.

Divide the cookies into several parts (depending on how many layers the cake will have, but 3-4 are better). Dip 1 piece at a time into milk, lightly moisten (do not soak) and place on a large flat dish to form a rectangular layer. Lubricate with cream. Then again cookies and cream. Size and height of the cake as desired. Can be decorated with fruits, berries, nuts, coconut flakes or sprinkle with crushed cookies. It is advisable to give it time to soak.

Recipe 9. Banana Cookie Cake

Take any square cookies, lay them out, mix sour cream, sugar and vanillin to taste, spread this layer of cookies, lay out a layer of sliced ​​bananas on top. And so 4-5 layers. Place in the refrigerator for three hours... And voila!!!

Recipe 10. Cake “Log”

800 gr. cookies (dry will not work),
250 gr. butter,
1 can of condensed milk
4-5 tbsp. cocoa powder,
1 cup walnuts (instead of nuts, you can use seedless raisins)

Crush the cookies into small pieces, place in a bowl, mix with nuts. Separately, in a saucepan, melt the butter, add condensed cocoa, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Pour hot cocoa over the cookies with nuts, mix everything well, and place them hot in a plastic bag. Give it a “log” shape, tie it with thread and place it in the freezer. In an hour the cake is ready.

Recipe 11. Dream cake made from cookies and cottage cheese

To make a cake from cookies and cottage cheese “Dream”, we will need the following ingredients:

  • cookies - 400 gr.;
  • cottage cheese - 400 gr.;
  • powdered sugar - 200 gr.;
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • milk - 1 glass;
  • chocolate - 200 gr.

First, let's prepare the cream for the cake. To do this, divide the cottage cheese into two equal parts, add to each of them powdered sugar to taste, add cocoa to one of the parts and mix thoroughly in a blender until a creamy mass is obtained.
You can take any cookies, but flat ones are better. We had two types of Yubileiny cookies - regular and chocolate. Place chocolate cookies, previously dipped in milk, on a double layer of foil, six pieces long and three pieces wide. There should be a distance of approximately 0.5 cm between the cookies.

Per layer chocolate chip cookies carefully place white cream from sweet cottage cheese and spread evenly over the entire surface.

Now put chocolate cream on top and distribute evenly over the surface.

Then you need to carefully lift the foil by the ends and mold the cookies into a triangle.

It looks like a house. It is no coincidence that we laid out three cookies in width, one (the middle one) is the base of the “house”, and the outermost ones are the “walls”.

Now all that remains is to pour chocolate glaze on top of our cake. To do this, melt two chocolate bars in a water bath with the addition of a small amount of milk to make the glaze thinner. You can use dark chocolate, but we used milk chocolate, since we all have a sweet tooth.
