  • mayonnaise – 75-80 grams;
  • salt – 2-3 grams;
  • sugar – 10-12 grams;
  • dry yeast – 3-4 grams;
  • flour – 250-350 grams;
  • warm water – 100 milliliters.

How to prepare universal mayonnaise dough for any baking

Necessary products.

The beauty of this dough is that you don’t need to put a dough, just mix all the ingredients and wait until the dough rises.

Heat the water to a temperature of 37-40 degrees. It should not be boiled or too hot.

Take a deep and wide container, pour dry yeast into it and fill it with warm water. Stir well to dissolve the yeast.

After this, add sugar and a little salt, also dissolve well in water.

Next, add the required amount of mayonnaise. It can be taken with any percentage of fat content. It is thanks to mayonnaise that neither eggs nor vegetable oil. Mix the mixture well, rub out all the lumps.

Sift the flour to saturate it with oxygen and gradually pour it into the container with the general mixture. First, stir the dough thoroughly with a spoon, and when it stops sticking, then start kneading with your hands. The dough should be very soft and elastic.


Roll the dough into a “ball”, place in a bowl, and sprinkle a little flour on top. Cover with a towel or napkin and place in a warm place for an hour and a half.

I do this without molds, roll out a layer of 4-5 mm, cut out diamonds (size doesn’t matter) and fold them at an angle on top of each other, then put parchment on a baking sheet, and put cookies on it and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. oven.

In this recipe, you can replace sour cream with mayonnaise and put not one, but two glasses of mayonnaise in the dough. In this case, you don’t have to add salt at all.

  • 3 eggs;
  • A glass of sugar;

Sweet pie with berries

Another original recipe baked goods with mayonnaise. This time our pastries will be cooked not in the oven, but in a frying pan.

Ingredients:

  • 250-300 g frozen or fresh berries(currants, raspberries, cranberries);
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • Egg;
  • Half a glass of mayonnaise;
  • Half a teaspoon of soda;
  • 100 g (approximately) flour.

  • Mayonnaise – 230 ml;
  • Lemon zest – 1 tsp;
  • Vanilla – 1 sachet;
