  • Mayonnaise – 200 ml;
  • Vinegar – 20 ml.

    Grate the pickled cucumbers coarsely: if you chop this ingredient into smaller fractions, too much liquid will be released from the cucumbers, and the beautiful appearance of the salad will be in danger. Onion chop into small cubes and cut the champignons into medium pieces: anyway, they will “shrink out” during frying. At the same stage, put the chicken fillet to cook (fill it with water in a saucepan, add salt and cook for 30 minutes).


    Remove the finished fillet from the broth (you can use it to prepare soup, but only if by the time it boils you have managed to remove the foam from the water with a slotted spoon) and cool. Cut it along the grain and then across it to create small pieces. Place a mound of chicken pieces on a flat plate and shape them into a semicircle, like an orange slice.


    Chicken is tasty, but a little dry. Therefore, now you need to top off this layer of salad with sauce. Draw a mayonnaise mesh over the chicken pieces.
