Salad "Velvet" with crab sticks and potatoes

Required Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • crab sticks - 7 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
  • hard cheese - 150 gr.;
  • dill and parsley.

Cooking process:

Boil potatoes until tender in their skins. Then peel and cool the potatoes. Cut potatoes into strips and send to a salad bowl.

Eggs also need to be boiled, then cooled. Peel the eggs and finely chop them with a knife. Add to chopped potatoes.

Rub the cheese on a grater, preferably large or at least medium. Crab sticks cut into small cubes. Add crab sticks and cheese to salad bowl.

When potatoes and carrots have cooled, peel them and cut into thin strips. Grate the cheese and add to the chopped vegetables.

  • walnuts - 100 gr.

Cooking process:

Boil potatoes and eggs. When the potatoes have cooled, peel them and grate them. Put the potatoes on the bottom of a salad bowl or plate and brush with mayonnaise.

Eggs also peel and rub on a grater. Put on potatoes, then spread with mayonnaise.
