Homemade baby cookies recipes are simple. Children's cookies - the best sweet recipes for the little ones

These cookies are from the category “Fast and tasty!”

You will need:

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 50 g sl. oils
  • 0.75 cups sugar
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanillin
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of milk
  • cherry

Cream butter and sugar and vanilla sugar. Add egg and milk. Mix well.

Add sifted flour and baking powder, knead the dough. I added about 2.5 cups of flour and kneaded into a stiff dough so the cookies wouldn't spread.

I made balls from the dough and pressed dried cherries into them at the bottom (you can have cherries from jam or compote, or fresh cherries, or raisins, or other dried fruit) and put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

During this time, my oven warmed up. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Place on a baking sheet at a distance of 4-5 cm from each other. The top is not browned, but the bottom is still brown, so the cookies are quite ready. I overcooked it a little, baked it 5 minutes longer.

? 2. Cookies “Tender”

You get a lot of cookies, they are light, crumbly and just melt in your mouth!
How I liked it! Words simply cannot describe...

You will need:

  • 200 g butter margarine
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 3-4 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise
  • 4 cups + 2 tbsp. spoons of flour
  • salt on the tip of a knife

For sprinkling:

  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla sugar

Add salt, softened butter and margarine to sifted flour (4 cups) and grind until crumbly.

Pour the yeast into the mayonnaise, stir and leave for 5 minutes.

Add to the butter-flour mixture and knead the dough. If the dough is too crumbly, add more mayonnaise.

Place on a table sprinkled with remaining flour and mix the flour into the ball.
Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll into rolls 3 cm thick, cut it into pieces and roll them into balls with a diameter of 2.5-3 cm.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Lightly press the balls with a fork.

Bake in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 20 minutes, until pale golden brown.
Immediately sprinkle the finished cookies thickly with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.

Enjoy your tea!

? 3. Coconut cookies

Very tasty, crumbly, soft and aromatic coconut cookies!

You will need:

  • 200 g softened margarine
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 280 g flour
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger

Sprinkles:

  • 50g coconut flakes

Preparation:

Beat softened margarine with sugar, add egg and beat well again.
Mix all dry ingredients and gradually add to the egg-margarine mixture.
The dough will be sticky. Cover it with film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 175C.

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts.

Dust the table with flour and roll out thin ropes from each part, about 1 cm in diameter, and cut each rope into 10 pieces.

Pour coconut shavings into a plate and roll each bar in the shavings, then place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake until golden brown!

The recipe said about 12 minutes, but it took me a little longer.

Enjoy your tea!

P.S. Instead of margarine, I used butter and baked at 200 C (but these are the characteristics of ovens, everyone has different things). More coconut flakes I had a very small one, maybe. that’s why the cookies turned out so tender...

? 4. Sesame cookies (5 minutes)

And the cookies are delicious, they smell like seeds...

  • 1.5 tbsp (210 g) self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp (200 g) sugar
  • 2 large (L) eggs
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 250 g sesame seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice

Oven-180 gr (middle shelf + airflow)
Baking time - 15-20 minutes (depending on the oven and how crispy you want the cookies)

1.Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2.Make small balls of dough and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The distance between the balls should be 2-3 cm.
3. Bake until brown, cool and store (if there is anything left to store) in a tightly closed jar.

Note:

Usually these cookies “spread” a little when baking... This time I made the cookies, placed them on a baking sheet... and kept them in the “standby” mode for almost an hour (the oven was just busy)... and after almost an hour of proofing, the cookies are in the oven did not spread, but remained almost in its original form... So.. “think for yourself, decide for yourself”...

P.S. I used a little more flour, it was ordinary flour + 0.5 tsp. soda, I also dipped them in sesame seeds on top.

? 5. Diamond cookies

The cookies simply melt in your mouth - crispy crust and tender crumbly center!

You will need:

  • Drain. oil. (room temperature) - 230 g
  • Powdered sugar (important! not sugar) - 105 g
  • Flour - 330 g
  • Vanilla essence - 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0.25 tsp.
  • Sugar (for sprinkling)
  • Egg - 1 pc.

Mix butter at room temperature with powdered sugar until creamy. You can do this with a spatula, or you can do it with a mixer; you don’t need to beat it too much.

I’ll say right away that the presence of powder is mandatory - with sugar you won’t get such a delicate dough structure.

Add salt, vanilla extract and sifted flour to the butter mixture.
Mix the gentle and soft dough again with a shovel or on a combine.

We form the dough into small sausages with a diameter of 2 cm, but I recommend a length of no more than 15-20 cm, for further convenience.

Place the dough sausages in the refrigerator until completely set, ideally overnight. The longer it sits in the refrigerator, the more convenient it will be to work with - this is from my own experience.
(I put them in the freezer for 15 minutes)

We take out the frozen sausages. Mix the egg well (no need to beat it) and generously brush each sausage with it.

Let's start shaping the cookies. We cut each sausage into small pieces 2 cm thick. I recommend preparing a very sharp and thin knife for these purposes in advance. This is what the dough looks like in cross section.
Grease a baking tray with oil and carefully place the cookie dough on it.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-22 minutes. It’s better not to go far from the oven; as soon as the cookies are browned, take them out.

Enjoy your tea!

? 6. Oatmeal cookies with filling

Never loved oat cookies, but these cookies are simply delicious: tasty, crumbly, soft, and even filled!

Dough:

  • 200 g plums. oil (room temperature)
  • 150 g oatmeal
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Filling:
2 apples
sugar to taste

Beat softened butter with sugar.
Add eggs one at a time. Beat.
Add cereal, stir.
Add flour with baking powder. Knead the dough.

It took me more flour, it’s better to make the dough stiff.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

For filling: Peel the apples, cut into quarters, remove the core, cut into small cubes.

Simmer in a frying pan with sugar (I used honey). Let cool.

Take a piece of dough, make a flat cake, put the filling.

Pinch the edges and form into a ball.

Then I put them in the freezer for 15 minutes (so they wouldn’t melt), during which time the oven warmed up.

Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake at temp. 180 C 20 minutes.

P.S. The cookies turn out delicious if you pre-fry the oatmeal in a dry frying pan for 3-5 minutes.

I forgot to do that! My oven didn’t want to brown the top ((

The cookies are very tasty, the children especially liked them, and the adults too...

? 7. “Champignons” cookies

First of all, these cookies attracted me with their unusual appearance, then the method of preparation, and then... the taste: crumbly, melting in the mouth!

Required:

  • 1 stick of butter (250-300 g)
  • 1 tbsp. sah. powders
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 dessert spoon of cocoa
  • 4 tbsp. corn starch (you can use 2 tbsp starch and 2 tbsp flour)

If you don't have starch or prefer shortbread dough That…

  • 100gr. margarine,
  • 0.5 cup Sahara,
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 tbsp starch, +2 cups flour,
  • 0.5 tsp. soda
  • 1 dessert spoon of cocoa

Separately, combine flour, starch, soda in a bowl and gradually add to the butter-egg mixture, kneading until it forms a dough.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Divide the finished dough into balls the size of a walnut. Pour cocoa into a bowl and take a clean, dry, empty bottle. Dip the neck of the bottle in cocoa, then take a ball of dough and lightly press it into the neck of the bottle so that part of the dough ends up in the neck of the bottle, twist it once, take it out and form a mushroom and place it on a baking sheet, leaving space between the mushrooms (the volume will increase during baking).

Bake for 20-25 minutes. The cookies turn out tender and crumbly...

Video: Children's cookies for children

Cookies for babies under one year old cannot be called an ordinary treat. With the help of this crumbly delicacy, the baby learns the difficult art of chewing. The composition of baby cookies is similar to porridge for infants, and if you dilute it with mother’s milk or an adapted formula, you can get a portion of a delicious dessert.

The optimal period of acquaintance with cookies

Children's diets up to one year old are not varied, so babies are delighted to accept complementary foods in the form of sweet and tasty cookies. Many parents are in a hurry to speed up the discovery of new food and begin to introduce the product too early, which is not welcomed by pediatricians. Up to a certain age, treats are extremely harmful, since sugar interferes with absorption. useful vitamins. Cookies contain gluten, which is not dangerous for adults, but it may well cause intolerance to a number of foods in a child.

The older generation does not see anything wrong with giving a baby cookies from 5 months, which is absolutely wrong. Up to a year, sweet foods should be akin to pampering, and not form part of the children's menu. Even a small amount of sugar is harmful for infants, because it disrupts the process of developing immunity, which is established in the first months of life. Experts advise introducing your baby to cookies when he is at least 8 months old; ideally, it is better to wait up to a year.

A recipe for making homemade or industrial cookies should not contain allergenic products, dyes or preservatives. You need to give your baby treats little by little, while monitoring his health. And do not replace mashed potatoes or porridge with cookies if the little one refuses to eat. A delicacy diluted with milk is also not considered a main dish, but can be introduced into the diet in the form of a dessert in small portions.

What kind of cookies can you

Mommies sincerely believe that the most healthy treat There will be crackers, and the most harmful is shortbread. However, pediatricians say that baking should not be included in children's diets until they are one year old, even if the recipe includes healthy and fresh foods.

The first complementary food in the form of cookies should not contain fats, sugar, salt and fillers. For the youngest children, a variety that melts in the mouth and leaves no lumps is suitable. For older toddlers, dry food is included in the menu biscuits, and crackers containing the maximum amount of flavorings and fats are not healthy at all.

Composition of store-bought cookies

Many parents are afraid to give children under one year of age store-bought cookies, believing that homemade ones are better.
