Cooking:

1. Pour warm boiled water into the container, add salt and apple cider vinegar. Stir.
2. We begin to add flour and knead the dough. In the process of kneading, gradually add olive oil.
3. Knead the dough well so that it stops sticking to your hands. Leave the dough under the cup to "rest" for 30 minutes.
4. While the dough is infused, prepare the filling. Peel apples and core, cut into small flat slices.
5. Rinse the raisins. Grind or crush the nuts, but not to the state of flour.
6. Mix everything in one bowl, add sweetener and cinnamon.
7. Infuse until the dough is ready.
8. Roll out the dough thinly, brush with olive oil and sweetener on the inside, spread the filling in an even layer and roll up the roll. Close the ends.
9. Put in a preheated oven to 170 degrees for 15 minutes. Watch that the dough does not burn. It should turn red.
10. Make the sauce: grind cranberries or strawberries in a blender with banana and sweetener. Pass through a sieve to remove seeds and skins.

Lenten pie with currant

Ingredients:

Dough:
1.5 cups flour
2 tbsp. spoons of sugar
5 st. spoons of vegetable oil
6 art. tablespoons of ice water
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
soda on the tip of a knife
a pinch of salt

1 cup frozen blackcurrant
2-3 tbsp. spoons of sugar
1 st. a spoonful of flour

Cooking:

Defrost the berries. Sift a glass of flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, water, vegetable oil, mix, add the rest of the sifted flour with soda. Knead elastic dough, wrap in a film, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Add flour and sugar to the berries, mix. Turn on the oven to 180 degrees, grease the form with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into 2 parts, one more one less.
Roll out most of it, put it in a mold, make sides.

Distribute the filling on top. Roll out a smaller part of the dough, cover the pie from above, carefully pinch the edges, grease the pie with a brush with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar, make a small hole in the middle for steam to escape. Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes, it does not brown well, so you should not overexpose it in the oven, just check the dough itself for readiness by piercing it with a toothpick, if it is dry, the pie is ready.
Let the cake cool slightly, then transfer to a serving platter.

Ingredients:

500 g flour
glass of water
glass of honey
a glass of poppy
3-4 tablespoons of sunflower oil

Cooking:

1. We knead the unleavened dough and make 5 koloboks out of it, roll them out with a thickness of at least 0.5 cm according to the size of the pan.
2. To make it beautiful, I immediately cut off the edges with the help of a plate. It turned out from the scraps of the sixth bun.
3. Fry the cakes in oil on both sides.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 2.25 cups
Dry yeast - 1.5 teaspoons
Water - 1.3 cups
Sugar - 1.25 cups
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Poppy - 1 glass
Potato starch - 1 tablespoon
Salt - ½ teaspoon

Cooking:

1. Prepare yeast dough: dilute one and a half teaspoons of yeast in a glass of water, add 2 glasses of flour, vegetable oil, a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt.
2. Prepare poppy seed filling: add starch, a tablespoon of flour, a glass of sugar and about 80 milliliters of water to poppy seeds.
3. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and spread the poppy seed filling evenly over the entire surface. Roll the dough into a roll so that the poppy is inside. Slice buns 5cm high.
4. Line a round baking dish with paper and tightly place the resulting buns into it, starting from the center, they are combined into a single cake. Bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

Lean Cherry Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

400 gr. frozen cherries
0.5 cup sugar
2 tbsp. spoons of honey
2 tbsp. cocoa spoons
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
1 full teaspoon of baking powder
2 cups of flour
0.5 cup vegetable oil

Cooking:

Put the cherry in advance to defrost in a bowl, when it thaws, juice will collect at the bottom of the bowl, it must be carefully and carefully poured into a glass. Then, you need to add warm water to the cherry juice so that you get a glass of liquid-cherry water. Turn on the oven 180 degrees . Grease a cake mold or small molds with vegetable oil.

Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder, sift separately into a bowl. In a deep bowl, mix vegetable oil, honey, vanilla sugar and salt, pour in cherry water, stir until sugar dissolves. Add cherries and flour, stir until smooth. Then pour the dough into a mold .Bake for about 50 minutes, check the readiness with a wooden toothpick. It can be cooked in vegetable and butter, to whom that is closer. The composition of the dough, for these proportions, includes only one egg. I reduced Maria's recipe for my 20 cm form.

Let the finished pie cool in the mold. Then run a knife around the edges of the mold and free the cake from it.

Cooking:

Cut apples into cubes. I love sour apples in this pie (putinka, antonovka). But they don't exist here, so I make this golden cake. And to add sourness, after I cut them, I sprinkle them with a little lemon juice.
With a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar and vegetable oil until bright and increase in volume (5-7 minutes). Add vanilla extract or vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt.
