    • cucumbers - 1 kg;

    Peel the garlic cloves, wash and cut as desired (in half, quarters or thin slices, you can even chop with a garlic press). Add fragrant pieces to the bag.     • For pickling cucumbers in a bag, buy pimply dense and juicy green fruits. Ideally, use your homemade, freshly assembled. If the cucumbers are plucked or bought in advance, then soak them in cold water for 2-3 hours before salting.
