  • turkey drumstick - 0.8 kg;
  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • bell pepper - 0.2 kg;
  • soy sauce - 60 ml;
  • onions - 0.2 kg;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • mineral water with gas - 150 ml;
  • olive oil - 60 ml;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs.;
  • Italian herbs - 10 g.

Cooking method:

  • Wash the turkey drumstick, dry it with paper towels.
  • Cut two garlic cloves lengthwise (cut each clove into 3 pieces).
  • Make a few small slits in the skin of the turkey drumstick and insert the garlic cloves into them.
  • Pass the remaining three cloves of garlic through a press.
  • Mix garlic with olive oil and Italian herbs, add soy sauce and mineral water, mix well.
  • Tie off the baking sleeve on one side. Put the turkey in it. Fill it with marinade. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to marinate the meat. Turn the sleeve over after an hour so that the marinade is evenly distributed.
  • Take a fresh baking sleeve, tie it on one side.

  • Bake for an hour and a half, then cut the sleeve and continue baking for another half hour.
