Delicate salad with crab sticks and squid is perfect for any holidays. This one is recommended to be prepared in batches. It will take a little longer than preparing one large serving, but the salad looks much more attractive this way.
The composition of the salad is simple, but very tasty. All ingredients, namely squid, crab sticks, eggs and fresh cucumber are perfectly combined with each other. If you like more savory salads, you can add a few cloves of garlic to its composition.

- crab sticks - 100 gr.;
- squid - 2-3 pieces;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- fresh cucumber - 1 pc.;
- mayonnaise.

Squids, if they are frozen, defrost and clean from the film and entrails.

Boil water, throw squids into it and boil them for 2-3 minutes until tender. You should not cook squids longer, otherwise they will become tough.




Eggs for salad with crab sticks and squid boil and peel. Then grate them on a grater. Also grate the cucumber and crab sticks. Leave a small part of the cucumber to decorate the salad. Finely chop the calamari.




Now let's start assembling the salad. Take a flat dish, place a salad dish in its center. Put the squid in the first layer. Pack them tightly.
