Cooking

For Caesar salad, we need croutons, we will use homemade croutons. To prepare bread croutons, crush the garlic cloves and pour 4-5 tbsp. l. olive oil must be cold pressed. We let it brew for 10 minutes, so that later, when frying, the bread cubes are saturated with garlic aroma as much as possible.


Now let's move on to the chicken fillet. After washing, drying, cut the bird fillet into pieces of the same size, sprinkle with spices and mix. Leave the meat to marinate for 10-15 minutes.


Heat the pan, pour in the remaining garlic-flavoured oil, discarding the garlic cloves themselves. We spread the bread slices and fry, stirring, until crusty.
Separately, pouring 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, fry until cooked over high heat chicken meat.


At the same time grate the cheese. We choose small, large chips at our discretion or, for example, translucent plates of arbitrary shape, as in this example.


The dressing “conducts” the salad and at this stage it is worth doing the work in good faith. To dress the Caesar salad, keep the egg yolk in boiling water for 1 minute, bringing it to a “soft-boiled” state. Then, prying with a slotted spoon, we shift it into a convenient container, throw in ground pepper, salt, 2-3 tbsp. l. olive oil, mustard and freshly squeezed lemon juice - vigorously mix all the ingredients until smooth.

7. We proceed to the assembly of Caesar salad. We must tear clean lettuce leaves with our hands.


8. Put the fried oil on a paper towel so that excess fat does not get into our salad. Without excess oil, spread the fried meat on top of the lettuce leaves.
