  • 170 gr flour

  • 260 gr white cabbage

  • 30 ml sunflower oil
  • 10 gr baking powder
  • sunflower oil for frying

Starting the process

  1. First of all, cut the cabbage into random pieces. Then put the water on the fire and bring to a boil. Then we lower the prepared cabbage there, bring it to a boil again, continue the cooking process for another 5 minutes. After the required time has elapsed, drain the broth and pour out 150 ml, which we need.
  2. Drain the cabbage in a colander and rinse cold water. Then transfer to a separate container.
  3. Cleansing onion and finely chop it. Then we send it to the cabbage. Now, using an immersion blender, we make a homogeneous mass out of this.
  4. Pour the prepared cabbage broth here and add sunflower oil. We mix everything well. Salt, pepper, pour cumin and sifted wheat flour with baking powder. Then mix everything well and as a result we get a thick mass.
  5. Heat up the pan with sunflower oil and spread the prepared cabbage dough in portions with a spoon. Fire should be medium. Fry our pancakes on both sides until cooked.
  6. Then we transfer them to paper towels in order to remove excess oil, and serve.

Ingredients:
200 ml of water
2 tbsp Sahara,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
10 g yeast
1 tsp salt,

Cooking:
Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in warm water, add vegetable oil. When the yeast wakes up, start adding flour. You need enough flour to make a dough of the density of very thick sour cream (or, as they sometimes write, describing the desired consistency - “like dough for pancakes”). Ready dough leave in a bowl, covered with a towel. Drafts are prohibited! The dough should ferment warm. When it increases in size (at least three times!), You can start frying pancakes. Resist the temptation to mix the dough - scoop up the dough with a spoon, as if cutting it off from the total mass, and put it on a hot frying pan. The fritters increase in size. It is better to bake them under the lid. When the pancakes are browned on the bottom, turn them over and finish baking, also covering with a lid.

Ready lush lean pancakes can be served by sprinkling powdered sugar and garnished with jam berries.

Yeast semolina fritters

Ingredients:
1 stack flour,
50 g semolina,
1 stack water,
1 sachet dry yeast
1 tbsp Sahara,
a pinch of salt,
vegetable oil for frying,
jam or jam to serve.

Cooking:

Cooking:
Wash the orange, scald with boiling water, dry and remove the zest on a fine grater. Then squeeze the juice from the orange. Dissolve honey, yeast, salt in warm water, add vegetable oil, orange juice and zest. Gradually add the sifted flour, kneading the dough well so that it turns out to be thick with fat sour cream. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave warm for 1-1.5 hours so that the dough triples in volume. Fry the pancakes in a hot frying pan, scooping up the dough with a spoon, from the edge, without stirring.

Pancakes with banana and coconut milk

Ingredients:
250 ml coconut milk
1 banana
2 tbsp Sahara,
160 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
a pinch of salt,

Cooking:
Mash the banana in a puree, add coconut milk. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Stirring constantly, add the flour mixture, knead a homogeneous dough. Bake banana pancakes in vegetable oil until golden. Serve with honey.

Coconut milk can be replaced with soy or almond milk. This is no longer exotic, all these products can be found on the shelves of supermarkets in the "Dietary Products" section.

Fritters with coconut

Ingredients:
400 ml of water
50 g coconut flakes
1 sachet dry yeast
350-400 g flour,
3 tbsp Sahara,
3 tbsp vegetable oil,

Cooking:

Ingredients:
250 ml of water
200 g flour
1 sachet dry yeast
2-3 tsp Sahara,
1 carrot

Cooking:

Ingredients:
2 stack flour,

Cooking:
You don’t need to add salt or sugar to the dough, all these flavors are in the marinade. Mix flour with soda, add marinade, quickly knead the dough and add cabbage. Bake pancakes in a preheated pan with vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Very interesting taste, try it!

Mix the mass with a mixer until smooth. Add vegetable oil, salt and sugar to the dough.

Put the cabbage into the dough, mix with a spoon. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for an hour.
