Baked turkey in soy sauce

Ready-made meat can be served hot as a hearty addition to any side dish, as well as cold - as a cut.

Ingredients:

  • turkey fillet - 0.5 kg
  • soy sauce - 50 ml
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • turmeric - 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 2 table. spoons
  • Provence herbs - 5 g
  • black pepper - 3 g
  • salt - 1 tsp. the spoon
  • basil - 1 teaspoon

We take a beautiful whole piece of fillet, make several cuts with a sharp knife, salt and pepper the meat well, stuff with garlic. We mix Provence herbs with turmeric and basil, sprinkle the turkey with the resulting mass. Lubricate the foil with olive oil, spread the meat on top, pour soy sauce. We wrap the turkey in an envelope, marinate for several hours in the refrigerator, bake in the oven for an hour, then cook a little more in expanded form until browned.

Turkey in Chinese Soy Sauce

  • turkey fillet - 600-800 g
  • sweet red pepper - 1 pc.
  • soy sauce - 100 ml
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 3 table. spoons
  • liquid honey - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • sesame - 50 g
  • chili pepper and paprika - 5 g each

Cut the turkey fillet into strips, lightly fry until browned on olive oil. Squeeze the garlic through the press, cut the onion and pepper into strips, add the vegetables to the fillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Then pour in soy sauce and cook for another 15 minutes, add honey and after 2 minutes sprinkle with sesame seeds and season with paprika and chili. Take:

  • turkey fillet - 700 g
  • soy sauce - 50 ml
  • sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • honey - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • ginger - 2 cm
  • olive oil - 1 table. the spoon
  • apple cider vinegar - 15 ml
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • black pepper, cayenne and paprika - 3 g each

We cut the fillet into portions like chops, in a separate bowl we mix soy sauce with chopped garlic, grated ginger root, vinegar, honey, sesame oil and three types of pepper. We dip the pieces of meat in this fragrant spicy mixture and keep it there for several hours. The more time the turkey lies in the sauce, the juicier, more tender and tastier it will turn out.
