  • Salted salmon - 200 gr.
  • Avocado - 200 gr.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 200 gr.
  • Cucumber - 150g.
  • Rice - 150 gr.
  • Mayonnaise, salt - to taste

Salad "Rainbow Salmon" is a dish that is laid out in layers. First, let's prepare all the ingredients.

Boil the rice until cooked, rinse it well and cool. Wash cucumber, pepper and avocado, peel and cut into cubes. Wash salmon and cut into cubes. Now let's start shaping the salad. To do this, put the products in a glass salad bowl in the following sequence:

  1. The first layer is avocado;
  2. The second layer is rice;
  3. The third layer is salmon;
  4. The fourth layer is pepper;
  5. The fifth layer is cucumber.

Coat each layer with mayonnaise.
