  • boiled or smoked chicken - 150 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • parsley - 4 leaves;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • dried basil - ½ tsp;
  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • ground pepper - to taste.

Cooking method

Appetizing and very satisfying chicken sandwiches are easy to prepare.

  1. Chop the onion. Finely chop the meat. Coarsely grate the cheese.

  1. Mix meat with onions.

  1. Add cheese chips, sour cream and spices.

  1. Mix everything thoroughly.

  1. Spread filling on bread slices.

Send sandwiches to a preheated pan with the filling down.
