Given the low cost of this fish, the dish will be not only useful, but also economical.

  1. It is required to take 1 kg of pollock, clean it, wash it and cut off the carcass about 6 cm short of the host.
  2. After removing the skin, you will need to separate the fillet from the bone, after which the meat is finely cut into pieces.
  3. Peel one large onion and chop it finely to add to the fish mass. Following the onion, add bread (70 g), soaked in cream (50 ml) and two raw chicken eggs. before infusion, chicken yolks and proteins should be mixed.
  4. Having added cream to the mass and seasoned with salt, you can add spices for taste - nutmeg, pepper, curry powder.
  5. The minced meat should be kneaded until smooth, after which oblong shapes are formed and rolled in flour.

It should be fried over high heat in order to form on top golden brown. Then all ready-made cutlets are put in a brazier and simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat.

These cutlets often come out dry. To avoid this, you need to add a loaf soaked in milk. However, do not overdo it, otherwise the cutlets may simply fall apart when frying.

It is worth starting cooking with the purchase of all products:

  • pike fillet - 1 kg;
  • eggs (yolk) - 1 pc;
  • onion - 1 pc;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • bread - 1 slice;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • water - 400 ml;
  • flour (wheat) - 2 large spoons;
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • tomato paste - 1 teaspoon;
  • pepper and salt to your liking.

The crust is cut off from the bread and soaked in milk. Fish fillet, bread, garlic and onions are mixed in a blender. Then mixed tomato paste, salt, pepper and gradually add flour. After a good beating, small portions are separated and cutlets are fried in a heated frying pan.

  • 4 fish carcasses;
  • small carrots;
  • 3 onions and one egg;
  • 5 slices of bread;
  • 200 ml of milk.

There are many ways to turn a head of cabbage into a cutlet.

This will require:

  • chop kilogram cabbage with a knife, meat grinder or a special grater;
  • add one grated carrot;
  • add 3 tablespoons of flour to the resulting mass and mix;
  • beat in 3 eggs, salt and pepper;
  • to give each portion the shape of a cutlet and fry in a pan, previously rolled in breadcrumbs.

From zucchini

To get started, prepare the necessary products:

  • zucchini - 2 pcs;
  • onion - 1 pc;

The nutritious pulp of pumpkin can be the main ingredient in many recipes. The color of this dish will please the eye and diversify the daily menu.

Need to prepare:

  • 550 gr pumpkin without peel;
  • 350 gr potatoes;
  • one onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • greenery;
  • oatmeal;

Barley needs to be boiled and cooled to 25 ° C. Then finely chop the tomatoes and onions. Squeeze the garlic through a press and combine with the cheese using a fork. In a large container, combine all the ingredients (except bran).
