Quesadilla recipe. Classic and original recipes

Description

Quesadilla with chicken and cheese- simple mexican appetizer fast food, consisting of fried corn tortilla and delicious chicken stuffing with cheese. Mexicans are constantly preparing similar food at home or buying it in shops, cafes and street stalls, where quesadillas are always in abundance.

By the nature of cooking, quesadillas are very similar to another quick Mexican snack - tostados, step by step recipe which is also on our website (by the way, if you don’t find tortillas in the store, you can find out how they are prepared at home from the tostados recipe).

A distinctive feature of a quesadilla is its folded shape and the mandatory presence of cheese in the composition, and not any, but tender, spicy and fusible. Of the European cheeses, cheddar is closest to this description, which is used in our recipe with a photo. We advise you not to change the cheese for a cheaper one, because the taste of the snack will not be the same. All other ingredients for chicken and cheese quesadilla are simple and easy to find.
