How to cook in a Panasonic multicooker

- vanilla sugar - 10 gr.;
- butter - 30 gr.

Cooking

Remove the skin and seeds from the apples, and then cut them into cubes.




Put in a multicooker bowl, add butter and turn on the “Extinguishing” mode. Enough 5-7 minutes.




To prepare the dough, break the eggs and combine them with vanilla sugar and then beat into a fluffy mass.




Next, add flour, combined with baking powder and add sour cream. The dough should be thick but runny.






Add the apple to the dough and mix so that the pieces are evenly mixed in the mass.




Close the lid of the appliance and select the "Baking" mode. For complete cooking, 40 minutes will be enough (at 140 degrees).




Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
