Note:
- Spinach leaves can be replaced with green basil or sorrel leaves.
- You can replace smoked meat with boiled meat chicken breast.
- For refueling, prepare your homemade mayonnaise on milk.
- You can make petals from a thin part of a red cabbage leaf.

Cooking:

PREPARATION OF INGREDIENTS:

Hard boil eggs.
Cool, peel, separate the whites from the yolks.

Pour boiling water over prunes and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Then rinse well and dry. Cut into straws.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thin slices (up to 5 mm thick).

Onion cut into half rings.

On a heated frying pan vegetable oil Saute mushrooms until lightly browned. Salt and pepper.

Add onion. Cook until the onion is transparent. Cool to room temperature.
