Ingredients for panacottas with mango:

  • 10 g of gelatin;
  • 400 g cream (fat content 10%);
  • 200 ml coconut milk;
  • 1 vanilla pod;
  • 100 g of white chocolate;
  • 500 g of mango pulp;
  • 1 tsp lime juice;
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar.

Cooking Panacottas with mango:

Soak gelatin. Heat the cream, add coconut milk, vanilla seeds and, stirring, bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and strain. Add grated chocolate and stir. Allow the mixture to cool slightly and add half of the gelatin. Mix. Let cool, pour into glasses. Then put in the refrigerator, crushing them at an angle, for 2 hours.

Pour in the liqueur and let cool. Then beat in a cold water bath and pour into glasses. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
