Decorations:

After that, pour the jelly into any container (it is desirable that the height of the jelly does not exceed 2 cm) and wait for it to solidify. When the jelly is frozen, you can already cook the roll. It's done very quickly.)
  2. So, we are preparing the basis of our roll (dough). To do this, it is best to beat the yolks and whites separately - yolks with sugar, whites on their own until a stable foam. You can, of course, beat it all together (the dough is not capricious, everything will work out anyway), but if you beat separately, it will turn out MUCH more tender.
  3. After that, mix all the ingredients. Proteins are introduced last, gently stirring with a spatula.
    Now we cover our baking sheet with foil and pour half of the dough onto it (the second will go to the second roll). With my baking sheet dimensions, I get a layer of dough about 1 cm thick.
    Bake at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes (until browned)
  4. We turn the finished cake over on a spread out towel, remove the foil (removed easily), twist the roll TOGETHER WITH THE TOWEL and let it cool.
  5. By the way, in the oven the roll will rise, then settle, and after twisting it will even slightly decrease in size - this is normal.
  6. We repeat the same procedure with the second part of the test and for the second roll.
  7. Gently unfold the cooled cakes and grease with yogurt (I emphasize again - the yogurt should be thick), retreating from the edges by 1 cm.

We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. Ready pie should brown and turn golden brown. By the way, I tried to cook the exact same pie several times with chopped zucchini small cubes. If the cabbage version can be eaten all year round, then in the summer I recommend trying the variant with zucchini.

Pour the batter evenly over the cabbage filling. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. The finished cake should be browned and golden brown. By the way, I tried to cook the exact same pie several times with zucchini cut into small cubes. If the cabbage version can be eaten all year round, then in the summer I recommend trying the version with zucchini.

2 eggs

- 1 glass of kefir
- 1 cup flour
